Pricing & Payment

Fees for services will be communicated to you before any work is performed. You agree to pay all applicable charges. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable.

Your Responsibilities

• Back up important data before any service where data loss is possible.
• Ensure you have the legal right to request service on the device.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

Remote Support

If you authorize remote support, you grant our technicians temporary access to your device solely to diagnose and resolve the issue. You may end the session at any time. We do not retain remote access after the session ends.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and guides — is owned by PrintNexa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission, except for personal, non‑commercial use of our free guides.
