We confirm the scope and price before work begins. If we cannot resolve the issue we agreed to fix, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund as described below.

Eligible Refunds

• We were unable to resolve the confirmed issue after a reasonable effort.
• You were charged in error or for a service you did not authorize.
• You cancel before any diagnostic or support work has started.

Non‑Refundable Situations

• The issue was resolved as agreed.
• You provided incorrect information that prevented a successful fix.
• Hardware failure, incompatible devices, or manufacturer defects outside our control.
• You ended the session before we could complete the agreed work.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of the service date at support@printnexa.me or +44 20 3769 6370. Include your name, contact details, service date and reason for the request. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled session at no charge if you notify us before work begins. Once a remote or guided session has started, fees for time already spent may apply.
